Delivery
We deliver to all UK Mainland locations (excluding Northern Ireland). Remote locations such as Scottish Highlands may incur additional charges. We maybe able to deliver to Off Shore Islands by special arrangement, please ring to discuss cost of this service.
Delivery is on working days Monday to Friday. At the bottom of every product description we indicate the likely deliver time frames. Nearly all our products are sent out with a national carrier company. If the product description states a next day service, goods ordered by 2pm on a working day will be delivered the next working day. Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays or between Christmas and New Year.
The courier companies offer a very good service usually delivering in excess of 95% within the timescales stated, but errors and omissions do occur so delivery is not guaranteed at the stated day.
The couriers do require a signature for the goods and by signing for the goods you are signing that the goods have been received in good condition with no damage. It is important that you check the goods fully. If there is any indication of damage or the courier will not wait for the goods to be checked, either refuse delivery or make sure that you mark the couriers’ paperwork as Goods Damaged before you sign for the receipt.
Do not attempt to use any goods that you think are damaged; contact us as soon as possible.
