It will handle logs up to 160mm in diameter and has a maximum log length capacity of 575mm. The splitting height is adjustable in 7 stages from 300mm to 600mm. This simple, easy to use logsplitter with its robust steel construction has transport wheels and handles for ease of manoeuvrability and compact storage. Ryetec Eco 60 Electric Log Splitter
Supplied with free cross wedge, the robust Ryetec Eco 60 Electric Log Splitter, tackles logs up to 1m in length with its 5.5 ton splitting force. The Eco 60 is a good quality domestic machine with a large electric motor which runs continuously. The vertical build gives more control over the split logs, which can be left on the splitting table for further splits if required. The cross wedge cuts logs into four with one stroke, and can be quickly and easily removed for tackling harder and more awkward logs. The splitting action is controlled by two sturdy levers which also act as grips for the logs. Pushing down on both levers operates the axe which automatically returns to the start position when the levers are released. The height of the start position can be set by the operator to the exact length of the logs being split by a simple screw. A variable height table allows logs of up to 1 metre in length to be split.
