With a 3.1kw/4.2hp motor, double V-belt drive and 500mm diameter carbide saw blade it will cut logs up to 17cm in diameter or reverse cut logs up to 30cm in diameter. The Ryetec PS600W-220 Circular Saw, with 250mm (10 inch) cutting capacity, has a 600mm diameter 'Widia' blade. The hardened 'widia' tipped blade does not need sharpening providing longevity and a superior cut. It is capable of cutting logs of 250mm (10") in one cut and larger ones can be quickly and easily cut by rotating the log. The 600mm blade is protected by the pivoting bench system which automatically returns to completely cover the blade as soon as the cutting process has finished. Safe electric control systems and IP54 standard insulation allows this machine to be used in outdoor situations with complete safety. An extending support bar holds longer sections with ease before cutting, and a handy cut length gauge allows for uniform log lengths, quickly and easily. It is mounted on wheels with an extending handle for easy movement.
