The largest pedestrian rear roller rotary mower in the Hayter range is powered by the B&S 850 Series engine, which utilises Over Head Valve (OHV) technology, running cooler and cleaner - delivering more power, longer engine life and improved fuel economy.
The ReadyStart technology automatically senses engine temperature to deliver the right amount of fuel to the carburettor. The engine does not require priming or choke. Just pull to start.
With smooth running long life ball bearings in the front wheels and folding handlebar for compact storage the Harrier 561 also features a large 70 litre capacity fabric grassbag which can be lifted through the handlebars for easy emptying.
The split differential ribbed rear roller with superior traction and easy turning provides classic stripes and allows you to cut over the edge of the lawn with the autodrive system providing a variable drive speed from 1.5 - 3mph to suit different conditions and operator preferences.
Grass can be cut at 8 different heights from 13mm to 60mm adjusted by a single counter-balanced lever.
Safe to use due to the OPC (Operator Presence Control) which stops the mower when released and the unique cutterblade friction disc with a lifetime guarantee against engine crankshaft bending should you hit a solid object.
