This is a good product and not as scary as I expected. The instructions are poor and not at all clear, I had to seek advice from friends. But I would recommend it.

Easy to set up and go. No problem with cutting or kickback. does what it says on the box. A good allrounder for the home user.

Arrived very promptly. Assembly is a little bit fiddly but instructions fairly clear. Adjustment screw for chain tension is awkwardly placed but substantial - easier to use big screwdriver than tool supplied. In operation it is a powerful saw which makes light work of logs. Blade stops instantly on release. Overall very good value

The only rating I can do at present is to say how good the sales team are and the delivery time fantastic. Equipment not used yet.

excellent performance,a nice machine.only niggle is the lubricant setting knob which rotates to a different position while the saw is being used,also the oil +ve/-ve scale is a sticky label which peeled off when m/c. was used for the first time(throw it away and scratch + and - on the casing)mr

Absolutely superb product. Have had numerous gas (petrol) powered ones in the past in the USA, and for the purpose (small tree and Leylandii removal) this is much better. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Haven't actually used it yet, but have examined it closely. I've had an electric chain saw previously but this one seems superior and looks GOOD. Your next day service is FIRST CLASS. Will definitely use you again. Many thanks
