I originally ordered the model below this one only to be told it was out of stock. I agreed to replace it with the Flymo equivalent which was also out of stock. I really appreciated the level of service displayed by your company and their employees yesterday and today. Firstly, the fact that when I rang yourselves immediately after having placed an order with a further query the young lady to whom I spoke could not have been more helpful in resolving my query. And then to receive a courtesy call yesterday afternoon to reassure me that my purchase had completed and the mower would be with me, as promised, today. And then to receive a call this morning at about 800am (I'm not sure whether it was yourselves or FedEx who rang, to check on a detail of the address, and to confirm that the instructions about leaving the item if there was no-one at home were still in order and would be complied with. This is an excellent machine for large areas of lawn .It is quite heavy but cuts well. Starts easily and although heavy is easy to use as it is self propelled.

this is a sturdy machine which always starts first time and is pretty friendly to operate. my only criticism is that it is easy to block the chute transferring grass to the collecting buckets. mowing slightly damp grass at high speed is thwarted. i wish i had ordered the mulch plug which is now on back order.

Extremely polite and well-spoken staff who phoned to confirm despatch. Mower arrived mid morning next day.

There was a problem though! The 'crate' had been seriously damaged in transit caused solely by the carrier. However, these things do happen. This was reported back to GardenLines (with emailed photos!). A replacement was sent out the same day for exchange. That, again, arrived the next day as promised.

You know a good supplier when they know how to sort out a problem efficiently. They couldn't have done that better!

Before buying the McCulloch I reviewed comparable lawnmowers. I bought the M7053D07, usually when you select an item it never quite meets with what you expect. The McCulloch did, it exceeded expectations. I have a very large garden with two very large lawns and two smaller ones, and the McCulloch eats them up. With the large rear wheels and front wheel drive it's manoeverability is 1st class. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. I retain one which if you contact me in two years, I will reward for reliability.

This mower was quick and easy to set up. It is cutting our grass very well, dry or damp. The height adjustment is easy to change and copes well with our bumpy lawn. It starts first time every time and each tank of fuel lasts well. The only thing which I can criticize is the size of the collection box. I seem to be emptying the box every 5 minutes, it could do with something to compact it to save time. I would definitely recommend this for a small to medium lawn.

I was slightly concerned about buying a mower over the internet, particularly given the weight of the roller (Hayter Harrier 41 Electric Start). When my mower arrived, it had clearly been dropped by the courier (who had delivered without using a trolley) and the mower was damaged. Gardenlines dealt with the problem in an extremely efficent manner and I had an undamaged replacement sent immediately. Mcculloch should be informed of this problem as bar cannot be fitted! Nice machine otherwise, recommend for a large lawned garden.

Very pleased with mower. Delivered next day. Cuts very well with the 21in blade, and quicker than my old 18in. The footguard bar and 2 screws, left over. The bar is to wide, and the holes for the bolts were not tapped threaded so could not fit anyway. Suggest Mcculloch check this item as previous feedback also mentioned this problem! I would still recommend this machine for the larger lawn, and very good powerful engine. I will give it 4 out of 5.

This is an excellent machine and overall I am very happy with it. It is not easy to put together, you need two people really, and a socket set etc. but once you have assembled it the actual chipping and shredding is very good. One word of caution, this machine is not for weeds. Any earth on the roots becomes stuck to the sides of the chipping chamber and eventually clogs it up and you have to strip it down to dig it all out, which is a pain, but for anything without roots it is excellent.

Firms like this are supposed not to exist these days.Perfect service.Very polite phone call to thank for the order.On time delivery. I shall return.

I have recently bought a large garden trolly and am using it in the wood that I work in, I am very pleased with both product and delivery, the only thing I am going to alter on the trolly is to fit a solid bottom to the base to stop loosing parts of machines in repair.
