The machine is light weight and easy to use.
It is particularly good in the sweeper/blower mode.
The change to the sucker/mulcher mode is somewhat cumbersome.

A lightweight, functional product which works well on dry and wet leaves and garden rubbish suitable for vac use. The mulching facility works well. Wet garden rubbish ,not unexpectedly, makes the collection bag wet and thus ones adjacent clothing. The product is the best garden vac/mulcher I have owned and the quality of the whole product is above average.

Product works well and is lighter than some other garden vacs.

On the bad side:
Too much vibration - will cause white finger !
Exhaust directed into the face when using it in vacuum mode
Vacuum tube becomes unclipped where it hooks under at the hinge side
Gets blocked to easily at the 90deg bend on the bag tube in vacuum mode
On the good side:
Good mulching ratio
Copes with small sticks well
Starts easily

As a blower excellent but handling for vacuming is cumberson, heavy on thje back muscles after time and rather awkward.

I have only used this in the blower mode but it works well and I am very satisfied with it. Good value for money. The delivery was very fast. Anthony Page

Quality built machine. I removed the flap which you have to leave open when in vacuum mode, easier to work with. with the collection bag on your shoulder it could be difficult for left handed people to use as the bag can only be on one side. But all in all a good product which I'm happy with.

Great little product that arrived within 36 hours. Checked prices on several other sites but Gardenlines came out on top. Put the VAC through its paces on wet grass and tarmac/patio. Very good but best option to blow into piles and pick up then VAC to finish. Only crititcism being that the when mulching the bag is awkward to empty.

A good product ,very effective on both suction and blowing capacity.Fairly light and easy to handle with no problems starting .
On the down side ,attaching pipe for suction can be awkward and also when used in suction mode the exhaust fumes blow over you and cling to your clothes .

I read the reviews before buying and they are all true. Excellent service and delivery. Its very easy to start. A bit fiddly in changing from Blower to Vacuum. The provision of some 2 stroke oil is welcome for those that don't have any and are anxious to try it out. The owner's operator's manual "leaves" (sorry) a lot to be desired in the translation and gave my wife a good laugh. On page 1 we are told to use "gasoline" where can I get some of that? Never mind, on page 5 we learn that petorl is OK. Also we should check the "Muffler" before use. Whats that? I couldnt help amusing the neighbours by walking 76 Metres down the road to mix the fuel in my heavy long pants as directed then return to my garden to start it up ( having first inspected my tool). I could go on.
Nevertheless - good value for money.

So far so good. The Ryobi blower/vac has performed well to date in relatively light use however the big test will be when it is used for picking up wet leaves. It appears to be well made and soundly engineered and so hopes are high. At this stage I would recommend it as good value for money for domestic use.

This is the easiest 2-stroke engine I have ever started. (Importent as I am a small woman.)The power on the vacuum part is not quite as strong as I had hoped but seems adequate enough. The mulching is not very fine but helps start the composting process for leaf mould. Blowers are great and the weight is not too bad (little woman problem again!). All in all my first experiences with this machine have been delight at a job easily and well done.

The mulching sweeper vac is light to handle easy to use, presentation is very professional to the eye. Have used the machine once so far and am very pleased with the results.

excellent for moving dry leaves, on a hard surface, not so good with wet leaves on grass, but still worth the money
