Adjustment of cutting height is not easy due to a flimsy plastic adjusting lever. The knob on the end of the lever is a separate piece and comes off when adjustment to height being made. The grass box does not fill from the very back therefore grass falls back onto the cutters and this means keep having to stop to empty. Grass box does not always detach easily, Cutting height numbers do not relate to any measurement, this is only displayed on the box it would help if it were affixed to the machine ie 12 mm etc. Very plastic wonder about its working lifespan

To Garden-Lines Staff--your service & support is 1st Class--we would recommend your company to anyone--regarding the "Concorde 32" Lawnmower purchased--this is to replace our old one which was 4 years old--we also have a Suffolk-Colt but find this heavy & sometimes sinks into the Lawn--whereby the Concorde-32 is light & easy to use--trust this information meets with your acceptance Regards Glyn Griffiths

Have only used the item once but so far so good, pleased with the overall finish to my lawn after the initial cut. Compares with other items I looked into purchasing I think the Qualcast Concorde is good value for money

GET A CYLINDER MOWER NOW whilst the season is still young! Forget all that faffing around with mowers that chew their way through your lawn...this entry level model gets the job done...beautifully.

I have a small, compact lawn requiring a sharp, easily manouverable lawn mower which leaves a neat finish and, importantly, stripes. The Qualcast 32 is light, easily transported, easy to clean, has a number of quickly set cutting heights, a reasonably generous grass box and fits the bill absolutely.
