The product was found to be very good value for money however although only a small amount of assembly is required the instructions could be far simpler to understand if they only covered the item purchased instead of several different models
with no clear indication what instruction applied to your particular model

This product would have received a 5 star rating had the instructions been helpful. Having it in many languages didn't help nor did the diagrams.

The machine was all I expected it to be having had a similar model for the last 7 years. Grass box assembly was a little tedious, other than that very pleased.

After my first usage of the mower I have a few points. Instructions are not very clear and you need a knowledge of such products to fit together. The gear handle is quite slack and I still cant adjust the wire cable to tighten it. The U shape push handle is also relatively insecure only being fastened at its base, thus having play in it. At the top of the handle the accelerator handle and gear handle are relatively loose only being connected to the handle by 2 prongs. These are definate negatives but on my first cut the mower was relatively quiet and easy to push. The cut although on a high cut was good and the grass box easy to empty.
I would definately appreciate a call on the top handle problem with gear tightening and handle tightening.

The machine is of excellent quality and I believe good value at the purchased price.
I truly amazed how easily the engine is to start; I’ve had engines that are really stubborn at starting.
The only thing I would have liked is the cut to be just a bit lower, other than that
everything is first class.

Meets all my expectations. Starts easily, cuts to the height I require. I have purchased other models by this Italian manufacturer and this is by far the best

a great lawn mower excellent cutting and power, good value for money would recommend to anyone
