Just the job for chopping firewood and pruning trees - it seems to be man enough for bigger jobs as well.
Starts easily and appears very well made. Light and easy to use with comprehnsive instructions

My first ever chainsaw purchase. Initially I was somewhat nervous about using such a potentially dangerous tool however, after getting the hang of things the McCulloch 338 made light work of the substantial number of fallen trees I had to cut up. Read instructions before use! I had to fill chain oil and petrol several times throughout the 8 hours of use. Check chain tension and adjust as per instruction. A great tool at a great price that saved me hours of cutting by hand.

I think this must be the best machine in the price range After getting the hang of starting it I found it well balanced and easy to use with very little physical effort even cutting quite thick wood. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.
