The quality of the nuts and bolts is very poor, also, only one washer per bolt supplied when two would be better practice.
The hole and slot of one corner of the side-frame and tail-gate latch did not align and required drilling out.
Apart from these problems the quality of truck is as expected for the price and will be very useful.

Excellent value, a good solid trolley. Quite a brain teaser to assemble but enjoyable.

Great unit, used it both towed behind garden tractor and by hand, NO complaints whatsoever.

This trolley was bought for our local boat club for moving our equipment,it seems ideal for the job, we hope its stong enough... thanks E Clark

Good value for price paid, one lost point for shimming required for wheels and pull handle moveing joint, in my opinion they had too much free play, haveing shimmed them they are now much better.

Exactly as I expected, once I assembled the trolley I immediately started to us it.
Well worth buying it.

Being disabled and not able to use a wheelbarrow, this is ideal for myself and the ladies of our group. the trolley is unfortunately let down by the poor quality of the small nuts and bolts supplied, that said we are very satisfied with our purchase

Only received yesterday but seems ideal for my purpose of moving things around a large garden when a wheel barrow is not suitable (e.g. for bee hives, old arthritic dog!).
Putting it together was not easy but I managed fine in the end but I have one concern: the bearings on one of the wheels do not turn and despite oil/greese this problem remains. I suspect if using the trolley does not loosen the bearing soon there will be premature wear (metal on metal) and there may be difficulty getting a replacement.

this item has been bought as part of a christmas present for my husband aged 62,he has purchased other items from your company before but need this as he said it will be easier to use than a wheel barrow,aprt from that i have received great service and the item arrived just as you said via your phone message, many thanks we will be back for mre
