The product is exactly what I wanted and does the job well however the service I received from Gardenlines was first class; and instant e-mail to confirm purchase; a telephone call on the same day to advise delivery; delivery within 2 days of purchase. A VAT invoice online and the courtesy of asking if the product was ok - couldn't ask for more R A Wilson

Overal a very good performance,especially the strimmer.The hedge trimmer is not quite long enough to reach the top of my above average hedges and is rather heavy when used on the full extension.The running time on the battery charge is very good.
