Excellent product. Well engineered machine. My lawn looks better already. Easy change cassette. Delighted with purchase and service.

The weather at the moment does not allow me to test my atco windsor 12s mower properly as the grass is too wet, I did however give it a short trial run and everything worked to my expectations, I have never used an electric mower before, as I have always had a motor mower which gives a lot more freedom to move about,I have got to get used to dragging the cable about but it will come

Having had a petrol mower for around 30 years which has finally expired, I made the decision to go electric. I don't think I will regret it. The Atco Windsor 12S appears to be a quality product and does all I want. GardenLines service was excellent. Ordered one day delivered the next! Brilliant!

Well packed, etc., and looks to be a good quality mower, as described, which seems to do an excellent job, although not fully tested yet. Many thanks for excellent service.

Delivery was excellent, as was the price that we paid. Have used the lawnmower once so far and it seems very satisfactory- much better that the flymo!

I had the classic 30 qualcast electric mower for 11 yrs and got perfect service out of this machine. If the new atco is as good I will be well pleased which at the moment is perfect and for the price i cannot fault the build and quality of the new machine.

I don't have a very big lawn so couldn't justify a heavyweight petrol mower but wanted the lawn to be right. Have tried numerous other types from hand mowers to lightweight electric. All unable to produce the quality of lawn I am looking for. The Atco does produce the results though. Excellent machine which achieves a fine finish and is easy to use. One of the few (if not the only) electric mower which is self propelled. Gardenline service was outstanding. Rang me to let me know the delivery was on it's way and arranged for the scarifier to be sent straight away by the manufaturer as I was shortly leaving on holiday. Couldn't ask for more. Great service and fantastic price.

Generally an excellent product .
However , the controls let it down slightly. The power/safety control is a little flimsy and fiddly - maybe made worse by the fact that I am left-handed and this is situated on the right. Also scope for catching fingers in the drive control , maybe two handles on either side would work better rather then the bar all the way across the main handle - this is where there is scope for hurting the fingers. If these two factors were rectified , then I would have rated the product at 5.
