Ordered the mower on Saturday and it arrived on the Tuesday, well packaged and in good condition. Having shopped around for this particular type of mower I found your pricing very competetive and am very pleased with the whole transaction.

The supplied Instruction Leaflet for the Mower is rather basic, relying on fairly small diagrams. It would benefit from a bit more explanatory text to help customers through the assembly of the product. I am still struggling to understand the assembly of the grass collector. It looks fairly obvious, but the fabric at the sides seems too short to allow the plastic clips to be stretched far enough to fit the metal side-bars.
It would also benefit from a clear indication as to how much of the supplied oil will be needed for the initial fill-up.
The machine itself is fine - I used it today for the first time since purchase, to do a complete cut of my grass.
