Instructions were clear, machine is easy to operate,however there was no mention on the website details that green newly felled wood was the type required for this machine, that was a surprise as we have a vast quantity older logs awaiting splitting and it was really bought initially for this purpose. However apart from being unwilling/unable to split in one go 9" diameter green sitka spruce logs we are generally pleased with the Log Splitters performance.

The log splitter does everything the advert said it would. Is easy to use in fact having let my wife have a go it is now difficult to get her off it.
