The Tulip Tower has the Tulip playhouse secured on a metre high platform with balcony and balustrade, making it an exciting elevated hideout and allows for a sheltered area below, ideal for maximising space and storage of play equipment.
The ladder can be fitted to either side and protrudes by 70cm. The platform is constructed with 75 x 75mm legs and 75 x 44mm frame.
Featuring tongue and grooved shiplap cladding, solid sheet (OSB board) floor and roof, 27 x 32mm planed timber and three styrene glazed windows the Tulip is a safe and attractive playhouse.
The Tulip is supplied with green mineral roofing felt, and a water based coat treatment. This value for money timber playhouse is supplied flat packed with instructions for ease of handling and assembly.
The playhouse should be erected on firm and level ground, professional installation is available at an extra cost. You will be contacted by the distributors to arrange a delivery and installation date.
As timber is a natural product, it is subject to changes caused by environmental conditions, and should be treated annually to minimise contraction and expansion and maintain the building.
Allowances should be made for roof overhangs when locating your building in a confined space. All measurements are nominal.
