Treetop Palace is made using good quality Swedish timber. It features a pitched roof, plain fascia boards, stable-style front door, three windows in the front (two ground floor, one second floor), internal stairs to second floor: comes complete with decorative window shutters and window boxes for little gardeners to try out their green fingers.
Safety features include acrylic glazing to all windows, long 'piano-style' hinges to doors to prevent trapped fingers.
The Modular construction uses 900mm panels which give the advantage of easy access for restricted entrances (can be carried through most houses if necessary).
The timber used is a good quality Swedish white deal. The roof and floor are constructed from 12mm tongue and groove, the walls from 12mm shiplap tongue and grove.
All floor joists have been pressure treated for protection against rot, however the remainder of the building is supplied untreated in sections, ready for you to assemble yourself and personalise using one of the many paints and treatments available on the high street. Please allow 3 weeks from date of order.
Alternatively, you can choose to have the building pre-painted before delivery. The illustration shows a Treetop Palace painted in pink with features highlighted in Swiss blue, but you can choose any combination from a range of nine colours (up to three colours can be used on one building), so be creative!
Colours available: Kingfisher Blue, Lilac, Sage Green, Cream, Primrose Yellow, Red, Cornflower Blue, Lilac, Swiss Blue. If you choose this option, we will call you to discuss your colour choices.
For an additional charge, we can also offer a professional assembly service in most mainland areas. This service can be selected in the options section below. On receipt of your order we will send you instructions on how to prepare the site, and arrange a convenient date for delivery and assembly. Please allow 4 weeks from date of order.
