Powered by a Briggs & Stratton 500 Series engine the R48 offers a choice of three ways to maintain your lawn. Rear-discharge and rear collection are offered as well as the recycler mode. This feature helps maintain a healthy and green lawn by re-circulating the grass clippings into a fine mulch then returning them to the lawn to decompose rapidly.
The automatic drive system innovatively matches your step and pace allowing you to mow effortlessly up to 4mph.
The high quality steel deck can be adjusted to cut from 25 to 102mm, which together with the 65 litre grassbag capacity makes the R48 ideal for fine and informal medium sized lawns.
