Ideally suited for heavy, regular use on large or overgrown areas it has a rugged, lightweight cast-aluminium mainframe and cast-aluminium trimmer head and bearing assembly with the patented DR cord attachment system for easy cord attachment and a choice of 6 different cutting heights.

It has a safety brake clutch, a horizontal debris guard, a fully protected drive train, fully adjustable padded handlebars and comes complete with 24 cutting cords (12 heavy duty and 12 extra heavy duty).

The powerful, high spec DR Commercial is rugged, powerful, easy to handle and can cope with banks, slopes, ditches, edges and confined spaces or around obstructions. Perfect for trimming but powerful enough for heavy mowing the patented parallel trimming action allows the cutting head to be swung to the left to trim under fences or right up to edges.

A heavy duty 12inch diameter Beaver Blade enables you to cut saplings (even up to 7.5cm diameter) and heavy scrub is available as an option. See options box below.

The Beaver blade uses a patented circular, chainsaw-style chain-in-groove design with all the advantages of a chainsaw - its cuts quickly, it clears chips well and it's easy to sharpen in the field. The cutting blade is safely mounted in front of the machine so that it is well away from the operator.
