It was the first time I had purchased a shredder and being a single mum thought that I could put it together and then use it. Well putting it together myself was not possible. The directions were very bad. Thank god for my 18 yr old son. He put it together but he even said that the directions both printed and picture were very bad. As far as using it. It is very good though I have to say it doesn't chop the leaves at the ends of the branches very well. For the price, the product is good value...

I found this shredder very good value for money, easy to use & it's not too noisy. The only problem I would say is that the written instructions for assembling it were not very good. Just as well it had pictures to follow, & even then, not all the parts match the pictures. It took me a bit longer to assemble than expected & it was easier having someone to help hold the frame while tightening the screws. Would highly recommend it on its quality & ease of use.
