With green mineral roofing felt, and a water based coat treatment, this value for money timber summerhouse is supplied flat packed with instructions for ease of handling and assembly.

The summerhouse should preferably be erected on a concrete or paved base which we do not supply. Professional installation is available at an extra cost. You will be contacted by the distributors to arrange a delivery and installation date.

As timber is a natural product, it is subject to changes caused by environmental conditions, and should be treated annually to minimise contraction and expansion and maintain the building.

Allowances should be made for roof overhangs when locating your building in a confined space. All measurements are nominal.
