The Cranbrook Pavilion is manufactured from Nordic Spruce, sourced from managed forests, delivered to you and installed by professionals at no extra cost.
Featuring annealed glass panels the light and airy Cranbrook has a 1.15m wide double door secured by cylinder lock and 4 segment arch window panels. The 3 fully boarded panels gives you privacy where you need it.
Supplied with decorative fishscale felt roof shingles in a variety of finishes: red, green anthracite and copper, available from the options section below. Also available is a complete guttering system with one downpipe in a copper finish.
The decorative metal hat with orb is the crowning feature on this garden pavilion and there are number of options available below which allow you to create your own unique building.
- 1 fully boarded side panel in lieu of window panel, for extra privacy.
- 1 segment arch window panel in lieu of fully boarded panel, to let in more light.
- 1 boarded panel with bar shelves and crystal mirror in lieu of fully boarded panel, practical and attractive creating the illusion of extra space.
Pre-treated with two coatings of timber preservative, the glazing bars are removable to ease the application of further treatment after assembly. As timber is a natural product, it is subject to changes caused by environmental conditions, and should be treated annually to minimise contraction and expansion and maintain the pavilion.
Before installation can take place you should ensure the ground location is of firm and level footing, wide enough to hold the pavilion with any additional materials such as paving slabs pre-laid in readiness. The area should be free from any obstructions and overhanging obstacles, with access to all sides of the pavilion. Assembly is completed by two professionals within 10 working days from delivery date. Halls will contact you to arrange delivery and installation dates.
All measurements are approximate and allowances should be made for the 0.23m roof overhang when locating your pavilion in a confined space.
Planning permission is not normally required if the pavilion is erected more than 5m away from your property, but you should check with your local authority.
