The average price of a static caravan is £24,000 and the last thing you want to do is de-value it by erecting a wooden storage unit which is unsightly, a potential fire hazard, requires constant maintenance and does little to protect the contents from inclement weather.

Constructed from Galvatite, a tough galvanised steel, the unit has a single door and can be bolted to the ground.

The secure drill and pick resistant euro cylinder lock is protected by a 2mm thick steel housing. Forced entry is further prevented by roof panels with brackets and a pre-set shear point handle which will snap off if forced entry is attempted leaving the unit locked and your valuables safe.

Available in a range of colours: dark green, light green, ivory and dark brown.

A 10 year anti-perforation warranty caused by rust is offered with all Asgard products which require low maintenance providing years of trouble free service. Units should be washed down with soapy water at least twice a year, hinges lubricated with suitable oil and any paint damage touched up immediately.

The Annexe is delivered flat packed with full instructions for easy assembly. Before installation can take place a level, firm surface is required such as a patio, tarmac or concrete. The base must be solid, completely flat and secure measuring at least 1990mmx1100mm.

The only tools you require are pozidrive and slotted screwdrivers, a 6mm masonry drill and 13mm socket spanner(base and tools not supplied).
