The Napoleon Ultra Chef UP405RB also features a 14,000 BTU stainless steel infrared rear rotisserie burner for restaurant style results and perfect self basting roasts. The infrared heat waves seal and lock in the juices quickly for superior tenderness.

The treaded wheels enable the stainless steel and black powder coated galvanised cart to be moved easily to a new location, where it may be secured by the Easy Roll locking casters.

The stainless steel lid offers oven-like performance, tightly sealing for maximum heat retention. Fitted with an Accu Probe heat indicator, and the front controls with brass valves allow for easy and precise temperature control.
