Of rugged construction the Masport Chipper Shredder features a hopper manufactured to last. Made from 4mm UV resistant polyethylene rotationally moulded for added strength it will never rust. A metal plate has been added to the base of the hopper to protect it from flying debris. The unit features rugged 5mm steel side plates, for years of dependable service, plus a chute handle and large wheels for easy manoeuvrability.

The heavy duty cutting system is designed to maximise shredding performance. Three hardened steel rods support nine staggered metal flails, ensuring all material placed in the unit is shredded.

In the event of a sudden stop of the rotor, the engine crankshaft on the Masport Chipper Shredder is protected from damage by the belt drive system.
